Your role is to support the development and monitoring of the business, underwriting and fraud consumer lending areas of new business, by helping the team ensure the business operates within their agreed risk appetite.

Contributing and developing credit risk strategies and policies. Adapting methods and style dependent on channel. Ensuring it is fit for purpose, regulations and compliance, while driving the appropriate outcomes for customers and the business.

Working with Technology and Data teams to further enhance the data capabilities of the business

Managing the specification, implementation and testing of credit risk strategy changes

Support the development and monitoring of credit scorecards

Develop effective credit risk MI, ensuring insightful, relevant and accurate information and commentary is provided

Supporting the business in its credit life cycle value and risk analysis

What you will need to succeed

  • Experience is desirable, but knowledge of SAS or SQL
  • Numerate degree either Maths, Statistics or equivalent (Economics/Econometrics)
  • High interest/passion for financial services
